  Blu Ray menu problem!! (Loop) Encore CS4

  First, sorry for bad english..

  I authored a Blu Ray disc on Encore CS4, but the menus won’t work properly! The disc has 2 menus that are very simple, and both have the same problem: the music plays for about ONE second, then black appears, the menu restarts, music plays for a second, black appears again, and it goes on and on… Checked project, and it says it’s all ok.. Via preview the menu works fine too
  PS: the same project recorded on DVD works just fine!

  Both menus are still images, .PSD
  The songs are MP3 format, and about 3 minutes duration

  The settings in the motion panel are as follows:
  Video: Nothing
  Audio: Main Menu Music.mp3
  Duration: 00;03;01;04
  Hold Forever: Greyed out and unchecked
  Animate Buttons: Unchecked
  Loop Point: 00;00;00;00
  Loop #: Forever

  I don’t use override at all

  I’ve burned previous projects to blu-ray on Encore CS4, but with no problems! Started an entirely new project, but the problem persists

  Someone please help!

  Encore CS4 had issues with the rendering of a menu finishing prematurely and not giving any indication a problem had occurred. It only rendered 1 second of menu, which is why it keeps looping 1 second. You can try making a video of the menu which is the same duration as the audio file. Use that instead of the still image for the background. This could resolve the problem.

  Thank you for answering!

  Do you know why that happens? Is it just another bug? Is there any solution? I’ve burnt the same project on CS6 and it worked perfectly.
