  Getting the timeline to match resolution of video

  I am trying to make a Blu-ray, my footage was shot in 1440x1080p & edited in Premiere 5.5. When I use the dynamic link & import the sequence the resolution is 1440×1080 but when I make a time line, the timeline resolution is 720×480. I have my output set to Blu-ray. Am I doing something wrong & will it affect the Blu-ray quality.
