• Adobe Encore DVD

  Best format for Adobe Encore Transcoding

  I have edited a bunch of clips recorded from a Canon 600D in After Effects and rendered them out full quality (Animation, 1920×1080 .mov).
  I am making a film out of them that will be no longer then 10 minutes long, but I am having a bit of trouble working out where to go from here.
  If I edit in Premiere Pro what sort of export settings should I use, and what settings in Encore?
  I’m trying to get the highest possible quality for 10 minutes of footage on a 4.7gb DVD.

  Hi Sam,
  if you allready exported the clips as animation MOV, it´s quite easy with creative suite 4 or higher. it comes with adobe media encoder, which you can use to transcode your video to elementary audio+video-streams for DVD-authoring.

  if you have that 10min. you should use 7.8mBit/s CBR and 192kbit/s dolby AC-3-encoding.
