  Wedding Video Problems with playback

  Hi all,
  don’t know if anyone can help, but recently me and my business partner made a wedding video (with a DVD menu made via Adobe Encore) and the couple have played it a few times but now they say that it has stopped playing after only a couple of viewings and also there is fuzziness and white spots on the video.
  We edited using Adobe Premiere (think it was version cs4 or 5) and Adobe Encore again (cs4 or 5).

  Have no idea what could have caused the video to stop playing completely after a couple of viewings and have no idea why there is fuzziness and white spots on the video.

  Can anyone please help?
