  “Could not make the disc ready for writing” error

  Hey everyone!

  I have a problem when I’m trying to burn my project on a DVD+R DL.

  First of all, when i “check the project”, I get the following error “Trim and/or” chapters adjusted” which I found that isn’t really an error but a warning (is that true???)

  Then when I press the “ignore and continue” button, the project starts building and stops a few seconds after with the error “Could not make the disc ready for writing”.

  Why’s that?

  In the options for building, I’ve selected:
  – 8.5 dual layer DVD
  – Writing speed 2.40x
  – Two sides
  – Automatic Layer break

  Basically what my DVD has two menus, 5 timelines of about 7 minutes each. The total project is 6.65gb and the clips are all adobe premiere dynamic links. I’m using CS4.
