  Encore cs4 is shuttingdown after the intro screen

  Hi, Encore cs4 is shuttingdown after the intro screen, it was working perfect. suddenly i met this problem,
  i have tried open the encore deleting pref by pressing ctrl+shiftr keys, even though encore didn’t open.
  and i cound not find the pref file under documents setting/adobe folder.

  any one can help me, i am middle of the project.
