  chapter playlists cs3 preview ok not all work on disc

  one long soccer tournament highlights timeline of 66 minutes, chapter playlists set up properly (manually), all ok in preview but a number of chapter playlists do not work on burned disc…tried making image then burning on different media…no change….remade project from start and different playlists now not working…returns to proper menu but not at end of chapter, on TV dvd display chapter has appropriate time remaining but disc jumps to menu wrongly before the chapter ends…..if i fast forward dvd it sticks for a second at point where it wrongly returns to the menu then continues in fast forward mode ….all playlists set up the same, links are right…
  need dual layer disc to fit whole project. If i delete some material to fit on single layer disc then all works ok
