  How convert Full SBS 3D to both left and Right eyes with After Effects ?

  Hi all
  I have a 3840 x 1080 Avi 3D SidebySide file (full sbs) and I would need to convert it to both right and left eyes separately(1920 x 1080 each eye) to can do one Blu-Ray 3D disc.
  I read for there that I can do it with After Effects but honestly I do not know how make it , for it, Could anybody help me?

  Create a 1920×1080 composition in After Effect, drop your AVI into it and position it until you can only see the eye that you want.

  Duplicate the composition, slide it the other way so you can see the other eye.

  Render them both to separate directories/files.
