I exported a movie (1 hour 37 minutes) from premiere Pro 2 as a MPG2-DVD using Adobe Media Encoder. from there I added it to my DVD project. I then burned it using 4MB 2 pass high quality transcoding. when the movie is played back on a DVD player I get a “flickering” during some parts of the movie, most notably when there is movement. The menu has no flicker at all, just the movie.
Is there any way to get rid of the flickering?

You exported as MPEG-2 from Premiere Pro 2, and then transcoded again in Encore?

That might cause the flicker, and would certainly result in a loss of video quality.
