  • CS3, exported as Blu-ray, low-quality, motion menu

I’m creating a Blu-ray motion menu and running into troubles regarding the video quality. The original video is formatted in .mov H.264 with 1920×1080 pixel resolution.
Using Encore CS3, the problem I’m running into are two things:
    1. the quality size is small and therefore not in the 1920×1080 form after exporting as “Blu-ray.” Looks like a 720×480 quality.
    2. The video is off-center, where I can see a small and white vertical line on the edge of the screen.

The project settings is in Blu-ray, NTSC, and used both H.264 and Mpeg-2. I’ve also set target bitrate at “Maximum quality”.
The only distinction I’m seeing is the preview of the video being “low-quality” and under “file–>edit quality present” the video looks original.

I’m using XP, but with NO Blu-ray drive. I only export them as “Blu-ray folder”

    Please help!
