Curious if anyone knows if you can set your own track order or is it not user definable? For instance: if I want (Timeline A) to be on track 7 and (Timeline B) to be on track 9 when programming a DVD player for playback without using the menu, how can I accomplish this.

If you need more clarification please let me know.

Encore will write the timelines (tracks) to disc in the order that you create them.

Okay, so let me make sure, there is no way to rearrange what order they go to disc after you have already created them? All have to be done in the order you want first? Thanks for your info.

Correct on all counts. You’re welcome. 😉

If necessary, you can re-create the timelines in the exact order you want the video title sets to appear on the disc. You can also set any timeline to the Main Timeline in Disc properties – this makes the Main Timeline VTS 01.

Otherwise, timeline creation order determines video title set order.
