  Loop Point Problem

  Hi,

  I animated the buttons in a menu for the first 5 seconds. I set the loop point to 5 seconds, obviously. However, after a button on the menu is clicked and plays, the menu returns from the start point, showing the first 5 seconds instead of starting at the 5 second mark.

  Now, my question is: I know that setting the loop point loops the footage after the duration, but after a video is played should it start at the loop point? Or is what I described normal and beyond my control?

  You can’t link to a loop point in Encore. The solution is a duplicate menu – one that doesn’t contain the 5-second animation.
