Do you wanna eat bread and water, an average daily meal with a nice steak and a beer or caviar and wine? This is more of a generic business question and if you yourself don’t know what you wanna earn to make a decent living, no answer will be good enough. All you need to do is to figure in how many days it will take you, how many people are working on it, how much electricity your computer consumes in that time etc. Then you’ll arrive at amount X to which you can add taxes and so on plus your revenue margin. Everything else is sheer speculation since anything is possible – your client may pay lots of bucks for a template based menu or he may pay only a meagre amount even for the most elaborate custom stuff.
