  Specifying a poster frame

  I try to set the poster fallowing the instruction from the help, but in the menu, the placeholder only show the first frame of the video. I’m usion encore 1.5. anybody know if this version come with error or something.

  Have you tried the free update to 1.5.1?
  Look in “Help/About” and check your version number. If it says 1.5, then grab the update from the Adobe website.

  If it says 1.5.1 you are already up to date.
  Question – did you render the motion menu?
