  how to reinstall only encore from Production Studio – need to correct xp64 and encore

  I have read the previous threads on how to correct the problem of running Encore on a xp64 system. Unfortunately I deleted both the Upper and Lower filters entirely so now I want to get them back so I can delete the Upperfilters and only pxhelp20 entry in the Lowerfilters.

  My Nero Light recognises my DVD drive and allows me to duplicate DVD’s and make data DVD’s. I am running dual AMD Opterons. I went with xp64 because I thought After Effects would benefit from it.

  I have Production Studio Premium so there are no seperate cd’s marked for Encore or a uninstall for Encore only.

  How do I get my Upper and Lower Filters back (no I did not make a registry backup – too impatient) ?
  If I have to re-install Encore – can I do this with Production Studio ?

  Just to let anyone intereste know that I ran a reg edit file from
  https://www.sysinternals.com/Forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=6202&PN=1 (Eptin post)
  It installed my LowerFilters and UpperFilters key but then I deleted the UpperFilters and changed the LowerFilters to PxHlpa64
  Rebooted and Encore recognized my drive and success in burning dvd

  (for encoding I used Cinema Craft Encoder Basic and very pleased with result)
