  Chapter per Static Image?

  I am putting together a training video with a series of static images. I have made a menu per static image but the problem I face is ease of navigation. For example I want the end user to hit the next chapter button and the next image will appear or the previous chapter button and the previous image will appear. I want the image to display forever until the user advances otherwise. Could someone help me with this issue? Thanks.
