    Hi all,

I am running CS5 and for the first time I am in need of mocha to stabilize some shots. I’ve watched some tutorials and so far so good.

The only thing I am missing is the ability to scale the shot, otherwise it will end up like this:

What would be the way to go around this issue?

    Thanks

    Phil

Well you may never get around the fact the you have to increase the scale once a shot has be stabilized as such. However, using the Motion Tile effect, may enable you to reduce the amount of scale increase that you have to do.

So it is just a matter of scaling then?

For some reason I was under the impression that Mocha would’ve done that when it was “rendering” the clip, thus was afraid that I may have missed a step.

    Thanks for the pointer Jon

You may want to check out mocha Pro which does have an “auto-fill” feature when you render stabilized footage, but will not work on all footage.
