  “Sorry an abnormal condition has been detected…..” – encore 1.0

  hi all, please help.

  am using version 1.0

  i’ve built my dvd in encore, i have 3 motion menu’s with various timelines etc.

  when it comes to builing the dvd it cant render the motion menu’s. error message appears “Sorry an abnormal condition has been detected. Before quitting, you have one chance to save your project (don’t use the same name as the original).”

  when i save as a different name and load that project, the same error message appears. i have rebuilt the dvd twice but to no avail.

  does anyone know if this is a conversion problem or am i missing something simple.

  any help would be much appreciated.

  Have you installed the 1.0.1 update?
