  DVD menu problem

  I have an Encore DVD menu problem. By copying my menu structure and changing the links for the menu items, I created a graphic indicator (small jpeg photo), that jumps along with the item highlighter (= straight line).
  The menu works and the image jumps from one item to another, but it’s lacking behind the highlighter in that the highlighter moves to another item first, followed by the image.

  First I thought this was because my computer was too slow, but when I put the menu on a DVD and play it on my tv the problem persists. It could be due to the loading time of every new menu, but the jpeg is very small so I don’t understand it.

  Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
