This is a bizzare problem that I’ve been encountering lately, I create a DVD with Encore, I test it on a standard DVD player (it works fine), then after sending it out my clients come back saying it doesn’t work in their DVD players. Has anyone had anything like this happen before?

    Hi Nick,
When making your final DVD to Disc. Go to Build DVD. Choose Make DVD Disc. I had the same problem, and this solved it. The only negative is that it takes a bit longer to burn the DVD. Hope this helps.
