    Hey guys,

I film myself giving instructional stuff, and I screw up a lot of takes.

I would like to be able to delete what I’m recording if I make a mistake and be able to start over…. like when I know I screwed up on what I was saying just to be able to press a button delete it and start right over with a fresh take. Ideally, I’d like to be able to do this with a remote… if there even is one for the FS100.

Otherwise I end up having to spend just as many hours searching for good takes as it took me to film them…. which can be a long process.

If there’s any such miracles or ways to create this workflow, please let me know… it would be amazing.

    Thank you!

I used to have an FS100. On the FS700 you have to go into the visual index, select the clip and hit menu to bring up the Edit menu so you can delete the clip.

The documentation is in the user manual. Read it. There is no way to quickly delete or overwrite the clip.
