  FS7 Tripod plate

  I’m starting to look at the FS7 as a pretty viable contender for the “run-and-gun” projects that makes up most of my work. I’ve a question on attaching it to a tripod. Does it have all the goods to attach directly onto a Sony VCT-14 style tripod plate for quick release functionality, or do I need something more? Sure would be nice to dust off that plate from my BVW-600 days!

  this is what I use on my Sony EX-3…it will fit on the VC-14 plate that I used in my “betacam days”…..I have gone through 2 of them, be careful when using the shoulder mount section..it does crack over time…so I stopped using it and the system works just fine. The shoulder mount will come with 2 adapters to use on the VCT-14….
