  lost recording from card from an “media needs to be rostored”

  Hi and Help!!!!!!!
  I was recording a show with an Sone Ex the adapter and two SD 32 GB. sudently i got the message media needs to be restored and the camera went to the second SD but after choosing restore i get only one small clip of 3sec while i have lost over 50 min or recording.

  i tried to restore with software but u found nothing
  any sugestions ??????

  what cards were they?

  have you tried ‘recuva’? or any other retrieval software?
