  Pmw 200 firmware upgrade

  Hi guys I need help I did a firmware update on my pmw200 v1.32 all was going ok till phase 3 when a warning came
  Up version error followed the instructions which says just switch off and repeat from step 1 …the problem is the camera won’t switch off took the supply out and the sxs card and when I powered on again without the sxs card installed the camera went straight to phase 2 upgrade and 3 and error now the camera is dead all I have is the recording bulb on the front on and that’s it tried prime support BUT the answer was since I called at 4.45 that we have to call you Monday!!! Is there a way to physically reset the camera fro the outside? Is there a reset button on some way of doing this?

  I am sorry to hear that. No, unfortunately there is no way to force it to upgrade on boot-up without special software.

  Hi I assume it all worked out in the end? Was the firmware buggy or was it a procedural error?
