I installed XDCAM transfer onto my new mac book pro and since then i cannot use XDCAM browser to import my EX3 rushes into Final Cut Pro. I have also installed Canon XF Utilty, would this be a factor? I have tried and tried but no success. Can you help?

The two applications can usually coexist peacefully on the same machine. What exactly is the issue?

When i am in a bin in a project and want to import rushes i used to right click, choose xcdam browser and import the selected clips in the browser straight into the bin. It now only gives me the option of xcdam transfer when i right click. I have tried all the settings but no luck. Thanks for your prompt reply! Ti

Is it available from the FILE menu? If you try to open Browser in standalone mode from /Applications or from your dock, does it open correctly? If not, you should try reinstalling Browser. If it does, delete both the Browser and FCP preference files.
