  Render custom resolutions using Avid DNxHD codec in CS5

  Anyone know if it’s possible to render a comp with dimensions other than 1920×1080 or 1280×720 using the Avid DNxHD codec? Seems no matter what the resolution of my comp is, it’s forced to one of these two by the codec.
