  Interlace progressive footage

  Does anybody know of a way to turn progressive footage into interlaced? any AE plugins that can do it for example

  Have you looked into Twixtor or Fieldskit?

  Twixtor will actually generate a new image between each frame. I’ve gotten good results in tough situations (field of tall grass), but you should download the demo and try it on your footage.
