  could not output timecode from video out F350

  We shot a piece in SD DVCam, and I read that by changing the Operations Menu/Video/To Output
  TC, that this will show up in the Video Out from the BNC.

  I enabled TC on the ViewFinder Menu, and the one for TC OUT to Video Out,

  but yet, all I got was the regular video less TC overlay.

  I’d had to use the XDCAM software now, ingest the clip and add timecode with a generator.

  Which is way slower.

  Did I miss anything, I spend about 2 hours reading the F350 manual and gave up.

  This is a waste for a client review with TC overlay…

  Maybe my first post wasn’t clear but I am looking for some help

  We have the cinelata F350 Sony XDCAM, and I wanted to do a client
  review DVD directly from the SD output on the F350 WITH timecode overlay.

  It was shot a 35MB DV, so it is SD already.

  Even though I went through the Operations Menu and enabled
  TC overlay on Video Out, when I hit play I still got only the
  SD video less the TC overlay.

  Did I miss something?
