On Camera Monitor
Posted by Brian Barkley on September 22, 2008 at 10:23 pmI’m looking for an on-camera monitor, hopefully under $1,000.
Any suggestions?

I’m inclined to agree with Denis. You can get a 7″ ToteVision monitor for around $1000.00 but it’s not a true HD monitor, although it does accept an HD signal. It’s a pretty good monitor for what it does.

A professional HD monitor would be something like a Marshall, but would set you back around 3 grand.

*Update – There are two 7″ Marshall monitors I would consider. One has Component in at $1599.00 and the other is HD SDI in at $1999.00. Both are HD LCD 16:9 displays.
