  I coped the files from my ex1’s card to macbookpro the main folder BPAV how can import the files to finalcut?

  That is a very broad question. Try reading the XDCAM Transfer PDF Manual. Then when you attempt, if you get stuck on a specific step, we can help.

  If you really need to learn the entire workflow there’s some good training DVDs out there.
