  Choppy Sound on Final Render?

  So if I watch my video on Adobe After Effects in the RAM preview, everything is perfect. When I render, however, the sound is super choppy, and the visual clip seems a bit choppy as well. What could be causing this?

  Running Adobe After Effects CS5
  Windows operating system
  Using .mp3 files for sound files
  Using .png frames exported from Maya in a a batch render
  fps in the Maya batch render was 24fps
  fps in AE is also 24fps

  What file container/codec are you rendering out to and what program are you watching the footage with?

  Other useful info:
  Render settings
  Project resolution (width and height)

  Actually, I ended up finding a solution – I wasn’t compressing the file into a watchable movie format. Switching to Windows Movie Maker compression solved it. : )
