  I have a huge task with projects from InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
  Basically 5 years worth of projects have to be moved in a specific format and chances are Im going to lose links to all resources.
  Im talking thousands of projects.
  My wish list also includes a “reduce project” option similar to After Effects so that I can choose the main resource for all the files.
  I asked in this forum since Ive had more bad luck with InDesign files than After Effects (equals in project totals).
  Premiere is a different mess that I would have to fix manually.
  That one hates moved files.

  Is there an app for that?

  Right in InDesign, you have a “collect for output” function that collects all the source files, including images and fonts, of that particular publication into a single folder.
