  • Can you reorder master pages in the pages palette?

Posted by Christina Scotti on January 20, 2015 at 3:49 pm

I have an InDesign document that I use for work that has dozens of master pages. I would love to be able to change the order of the pages but short of changing all the names or recreating each page, is there any other way to rearrange the order of master pages?

    Thanks

Open a master page, and then choose Format > Page Layout > Reorder Custom Master Pages>>Select a master page in the Custom Master Pages list, and click move options> Click Set. A different master page may now be visible
