  How do I add page numbering starting in a number different that 1 in Indesign?

  I need to create a rather large document in Indesign, around 100 pages. I know how to add page numbering to each page via the master pages, but this document needs an additional identifying code on each page besides the page number, the code is quite similar, just numbers, and they increase sequentially as the pages are advanced, the only difference is that instead of starting in number one, the first code is 157, then 158, 159, etc. all the way up to 250.

  Is there a way I can set up page numbering starting in 157 instead of 1 in InD CS4?
