    Hi,
I work for a publication that is created in InDesign, and I am used to making text edits and minor layout changes in the InDesign. I don’t really do anything else. I’m moving away from the location of the company that does our layout, so I won’t be able to be on-site regularly. If I want to continue to make edits in InDesign, do I just need a copy of that and the appropriate fonts? Or do I need to buy a suite of products?

Also, will the work translate between Mac (what the designers have) and PC (what I have)?

    Thanks,
    Heather

If you are only editing copy, just the file and the fonts. However since you are on PC, the fonts sent to you need to be PC compatible I believe.

Shouldn’t be a problem opening on a PC or Mac…
