  Moving Masks

  Is there any way to, let’s say, there is a film of a man walking, is there any way to get a mask to follow this person, so can edit like the color of his shirt, and not have to recolor it frame by frame.

  You’re describing a basic rotoscoping task.

  This video shows the very basics of how to combine motion tracking and rotoscoping to isolate and selectively color-correct something.

  This video shows how to use the Roto Brush tool to accomplish a similar result.
