  Ultra Studio 4k on top MacPro2013 – no 4k in SDI out

  Dear all,
  i am experiencing very strange issue when i cannot get 4k (4096×2160 24p) on SDI out of US4K. My system config is:
  – Mac Pro 2013 , 64GB, 12 core Xeon 2,7 , GPU 2x AMD D700
  – Blackmagic Ultra Studio 4k
  – DaVinci 12,5 Studio
  – Mac OS Sierra 10.12.5
  – Desktop Video 10.9.5
  When i set 4k output in DaVinci (or try play 4k file with MediaExpress) i get color distortion on output (everything in grey and green) and 2k resolution. Everything up to 2k works fine.
  I tested: Adobe Premiere, FCP X, DaVinci – i can’t get 4k from any source via SDI. HDMI works well.
  I tried with another mac 2013 with same config – same thing. I tried on other mac with different RAM and CPU – 4k works well.
  Maybe someone has this and can advise something? Thanks!

  Have you toggled the “Single Link” “Dual Link” button?
