  Displaying Apple TV through BMD ATEM 1 M/E

  I’m attempting to display a 3rd gen Apple TV through a BMD ATEM 1 M/E. I know that the Apple TV doesn’t do interlaced but because of some cameras also run into the ATEM, I need to have that device set at 1080i/59.94hz. I purchased a BMD mini HDMI to SDI 4k converter hoping to use it as a scaler to convert the 1080p of the Apple TV to the 1080i of the ATEM but am not getting a picture. Maybe I misunderstood the capability of that converter device…

  Does anyone have specifics on how to make this work?
