  Decklink Mini Monitor won’t output anything but 1080i59.94

  I have a mini monitor card and have it hooked up to an IKAN D5w for testing purposes. I downloaded and installed the newest desktop video utility. (10.4.1)

  In both Resolve and Media Composer the card only outputs 59.94i video even when it is set to 23.976 framerate playing 23.976 footage in a 23.976 project.

  The ‘cover screen’ of the desktop tool reports that the outgoing video (on both the SDI and the HDMI) are 59.94i and the Ikan monitor also confirms it is receiving 59.94i video. This happens with both an HDMI and an SDI connection. any idea what’s wrong?
