  ROCKET SDI to HDMI 4K

  Has anyone tested any BMD Converters with a ROCKET SDI to HDMI 4K?
  Tried from ROCKET to UltraStudio 4K but no dice.
  That would have been too easy 😛

  remember that format is everything, and that the Blackmagic stuff is not 4K, but UltraHD, so it’s a different format. No different than saying 1080i and 1080p, etc. There is all kinds of 4K, and Blackmagic is only Ultra HD

  Thanks Bob.
  I forgot that the SDI ports from the ROCKET are only HD/2K.
  But for some weird reason I got UltraHD out of it during a Sony PVM X300 test.
  We know the number was correct when pressing the display button.
  We do have a RED BOB (breakout box) that will shoot to Quad HDMI (four displays) but this wont help unless there is a quad HDMI to HDMI 4K converter.
