  Mini Converter SDI to HDMI 4K output only HD on HDMI!

  Hi
  Just bought a Decklink SDI 4K and a Mini Converter SDI to HDMI 4K.
  Problem: The miniconverter convert the 4K SDI signal to HD on HDMI output. I have a Samsung 4k monitor on the HDMI output – somehow the automatic downconverter in the miniconverter gets activated – why? Do I need a special HDMI cable?

  Did you connect it via USB and install the utility to manage the converter? If not install the utility with the converter connected via USB. Turn the video processing off. Also check your settings.
