  TVS Live presentation and recording – Do you archive your uncompressed content?

  I am putting together a live production setup for my church around Blackmagic products. I know this may seem like a silly question, but I wanted to know if any of you archive your live uncompressed version or just keep the mixed version that’s been compressed to H.264 as your master.

  I realize this may boil down to budget and resources. I just wanted to get some insight on your methods and why. As much as I’d like to archive an uncompressed version something tells me (aside from it being more costly) that it may be unnecessary as we move even further to mobile viewing of content.
