Have the cameras been setup to output via HDMI?

as we have already done, but I will check. If not that, what other problem could be?

If you are on a windows machine check device settings to see if it has detected your camera as hardware. I don’t know if macs have this option or not.

If you have an NLE installed, check it if is detecting your cameras.

The idea is to check if the connections are okay. The second step is to check if the firewire ports aren’t blown.

Hellow everyone, i came back to tell you thanks for your help. We could resolve the problem.

The problem was the hdmi cables were too long, i dont know if that cables are bad quality, they are 32 Ft long.

We try it with 2 ft long and walaaa!! the cameras works and everythings.

Again, thanks four your great help
