  Blackmagic Intensity Extreme will not output any video to TV or Computer!

  I have a conference I need to go to on Sunday and I am trying to create a video of our new App. I purchased Blackmagic Intensity Extreme to do this, but so far I have no been able to get any video using my Xbox or Apple TV. On my computer and on my TV it simply shows a black screen. I am positive I have setup the wires correctly and I have checked to make sure the Thunderbolt cable is in correctly. I could understand there being a problem initially with my computer not receiving video, but its disconcerting that my TV doesn’t show any video either.

  Please, if anyone could give me some pointers on what I am doing wrong, it would greatly appreciated. I’ll continue combing through YouTube setup videos and forums.

  *I have checked and all cables are working properly.

  Development:

  I was able to get it to work for roughly five minutes. I went in and changed my system preferences on my mac and was able to get a signal through the xbox. I tried then to switch over to my Apple TV. No luck. Then I went back to my Xbox to find that it had stopped working as well.
