  Desktop Video 9.6.1 installation failed

  Hi, I just bought Intensity Pro but I cannot install the Desktop Video 9.6.1 on my PC, the installation process stops at some certain level.
  
  Any suggestions? Thanks.

  CPU:Xeon E1230 v2
  OS: Win 7 64 bit.
