    Hi,
I’m trying to mix 2 sd cameras (cony pd177) and a laptop output. i’m able to get cameras to the TV Studio using BMD analog to sdi converters. My laptop has an HDMI output port but i’m not getting the output to TV Studio. i’ve trying using different resolution settings but no use. It just show blue screen at ATEM TV STUDIO for laptop output. BTW i’ve tried changing cable and even laptop (DELL XPS Studio) but same result.

    Any ideas please???

    Kind regards
    Harry

Have you set your laptop’s resolution to match ATEM TVS signal type. ATEM doesn’t have any built in scalers.
I’ve successfully mixed computers an SDI sources, but all resolutions must be the same.

You’ll need to set the laptop output to 525i5994 NTSC. That may or may not be possible depending on the video card, but it’s a really small screen size for Windows. Most of the time you’ll want to convert the signal via something like a Matrox MX02.

    My cameras are PAL version.

Mihkel: Can you please share your laptop resolution settings please.??

Brendan: i’ve no such resolution available in my laptops like 525i5994 NTSC. can please share more details please. resolution/refresh-rate etc.

Try setting the output setting to 720 x 576 50 Hz Interlaced.
This should match your system settings in ATEM TVS.
