  Intensity Pro Problem

  Hi all! First of all, apologize for my English.
  Well, I’m from Spain an I just bought Intensity Pro past October here in Spain in an official reseller.
  Few days ago my PC shows me a box that says me to upgrade the firmware. I’m click “OK” button and returns me an error.
  From this day, my computer gets slower like I’m suffering lag and little stops each second
  I try to uninstall drivers, and there was no solution. The computer don’t shut down correctly too.
  Today I’m just recover my PC to factory settings.
  I downloaded the last version of software too. Ver 3.4.9 I think is it.
  When I install the software the system starts to go bad. Stops every second, etc…
  Can anybody helps me?? I’m going crazy with that.
  Any response and/or help will be thankfully
