  Can the Teranex 2D do this?

  I’m thinking about getting a Teranex 2D to clean the video signal while digitizing analog tapes. I read about the Noise Reduction capabilities of the Teranex 2D/3D, but what about Frame Synchronizer and Time Base Corrector. Does the Teranex 2D include those too? or Will I still need a separate TBC/frame synchronizer?.
