  Wich solution to upconvert video from files (hardware solution)

  Hello,

  I have to upconvert many videos.
  Some are standard definition in 4/3
  Some are SD 16/9 and some are 720p.
  All have to become 1080p vidéos with the better upconversion.

  With my tests, the software solutions, for now, are not satisfactory.

  I’ve allready had good results with upconverting video from VCRs; but for this job, the files are allready digitized in files.

  I think i could use a solution with one computer in player mode and one in record mode (with to videos cards).
  Have you allready tryed this solution?

  And the other question:
  Is there a solution to upconvert in hardware mode, without having to use 2 computer.
  The upconversion could be done by the card internally?

  All your answer will be very interesting for my research.
