  • How to change ATEM 1 M/E Aux source via Software panel?

Are there keyboard shortcuts in the ATEM software panel to let you change the source of the Aux outputs?

We want to use an Aux send to drive our projection screen while using the main program bus for overflow / broadcast, and want to know if you can change what source is being sent to the aux bus (specifically Aux 2) using the keyboard like you can with the preview/program bus.

you mean clicking on the mouse menu for Aux 1, Aux 2 and Aux 3 on the top of the screen is too much trouble ?

It is when you’re trying to switch both program and aux to the same source at the same time with one hand on keys 1 – 8 (for p/p), the other on push-to-talk for intercom (to call out the que), and the other on the audio mixer just-in-case the track wasn’t leveled properly.

Before anyone asks, the Aux (projector) isn’t tied to program because we sprinkle it with IMAG for broadcast / overflow locations, but don’t want that for the main stage.

Chad im with you I’ve often thought it would be helpful for the Software Control Panel to also have a seperate Select bus for routing the Aux sends. If it’s any help the Broadcast Panel does have a programable Select bus for exactly what your talking about.
